Some repair centers do not offer a warranty on the repairs done especially if it involves sensitive parts like screens. We have a warranty on battery replacement for a period of 6 months. For screen replacement, we have a warranty on touch sensitivity for a period of 90 days. In addition to this, all phones and laptops go through quality assurance and inspection before they are cleared to be handed over to the owners after we are done with the repairs.
Location
You should always consider a repair center that is located near you and/or is easily accessible to avoid any inconvenience especially in terms of transport and security of your device. We are centrally placed within the CBD. This makes it easy for any interested person to access our repair center. You only have to get to town, Ecobank Towers, along Standard Street. The fact that we are on Ground Floor and can be accessed from within or outside the building is a plus.
The Time Taken to do a Repair
You need to consider whether your device will be stuck in the repair center for days on end or the repair will be immediate. There are complex repairs that might take a couple of hours or even days, but this doesn’t mean that all of them do. At WefixTech, all our repairs, especially screen and battery replacement and basic device upgrades take a maximum of 1 hour but usually, our engineers get done within 45 minutes. This means that you will not have to stay for long without your device.
