  1. Remove the security lock (e.g. pattern lock, fingerprint authentication, etc.) or provide to our customer care agent the details when required. Your data and information is safe with us and guided by WefixTech data protection policies
  2. Remove all the accessories (e.g. SIM card, SD card, S-pen, screen protector, bumper, case etc.)
  3. Give precise location and ensure your contact is on so as our pick up staff can get to you as fast as possible.

FAQS On Pickup and Delivery

All pick-ups and drop offs within the CBD are Free. All other areas are chargeable.

Immediately you request for pick up we will dispatch our pick up staff to your location. If its not possible we will update you on the pick time.

After pick Up Most of our repairs are done same day apart from complex repairs. In this case, you get your device within a few hours.

Our delivery personnel help you fill out an online request form with device specs as well as booking for the repair. You will sign to authorize repair and you can track the repair progress on our portal.

All payments are done after the repair upon delivery. You can pay through mobile money or cash.
