Get latest version of App
Sometimes app-crashing and phone freezing are not caused by your phone, but rather the app itself. Any internal error or bug may have brought the app down. Sometimes it’s an error that’s effecting various people at a time.
So if the creator of the app realizes the problem and has published the latest version of the app with the solution, then it’s better to go to Google Play Store or the Apple store and update your app to the latest version. Once the app is updated, manually close it and reload it.
